Here's all you need to know to commission art from Duckie. By commissioning me, you automatically agree to my terms of service.

Before Commission

You need to be 18+ to commission me.
Bring accurate visual references, and other things you think I need to know about your character, and possibly pose/mood references if you have something in mind. I will ask questions if I need more info :)
I have the right to decline your commission if it's not within my skillset, if you didn't read my TOS or if it makes me in any way uncomfortable.
Payment is up-front via Paypal.

Process

I will send you progress shots as I hit certain milestones. I will ask you if anything needs to be edited before I proceed, and you will either approve to proceed or let me know if you need something edited at this stage. I will not go back to a previous stage to edit.
Drawings are usually completed within two weeks, but can take up to a month. Message me if you need an update on progress outside of milestones.
Refunds are done if I'm still on the sketch phase or if I'm the one cancelling your commission. Once the piece is finished, a refund will not be given.

After Commission

I own the rights to the artwork.
You are allowed to use the art for personal use. Reposting is fine as long as I am properly credited and linked to.
You may not use the artwork to make profit, claim the art as your own, trace/copy/heavily reference the artwork nor edit the work after it's been given to you.
You may not use ANY of my art for NFTs and any other type of crypto stuff.
I reserve the right to post the art to my social media. If you wish for the commission to be private, please tell me so before I finish it.
